Tip no. 1. Eat like a pro and train like u wanna be a pro. U look like u got the hang of it. Keep it up and don't skip the cardio (you'll be thankful you didnt)
Oh, my training now? Same as what I have up on the tow article but lifting heavier. Thank you for the really nice compliment - I'll continue to work hard in the gym. When's your next show?
Hi Jarrell, thank you for your friendship invitation, I sincerely appreciate it. I apologize it has taken me a while to say hello, I get tied up with school! Best wishes on your goals and training.

I've toyed with the idea of competing but I don't see it happening for a while. I hear it will definitely make you focus on your weakpoints, diet, and everything if you really want to do well.
And well, me ... I'm such a perfectionist, I don't think I"ll compete until I'm perfect to me or something. Which could take ... forever.
LOL
do u plan on competing though? competition really will make u focus on weakpoints if u wanna place top 3 lol
Man, I know that feeling about exposed weaknesses. Being vulnerable makes you work that much harder at making a weakness a strength too though. Legs, o my ... those are the crutch in everyone's side. Include calves if you're talking about me.
Sometimes, I feel like I just need to dedicate a whole year to training legs but maybe one day. Then I might find the mysterious answer. Wouldn't that be fun?
Tell me about it. We all want some more mass. I know I've been after my damned hams like crazy.
Yeah, I'll worry about calves later. These glute ham raises seem to kick my butt enough, but I wish there were something easier.
What are your weak points?
Best of luck with your goals bro and thanks for the add train hard and stay focus'd hope to see you become very successful your friend industrialfreak "F*ck the beach muscles, bring on the freak muscles"
