Background
I was 356 lbs and given a few years to live by my doctor..I was working with a guy who became my friend named Jason(he passed away some years ago in a car accident)..I asked him for help and began working out with him in the mornings at 530am before work and paid him for the sessions, that sparked the journey I'm still on today..

This plan is for maximum fat loss and muscle sparing, based on a 200 lb man, I'm 222, though traditionally have had a slow metabolism so I use it as is and it works fine: Meal 1-5 whole eggs, 4 whites(sometimes I replace one of the whole eggs with natural white crumbling cheese for awesome flavor) Meal 2-60 grams whey isolate, 1 tablespoon, Natural Peanut Butter Meal 3-6 oz chicken, 1/4 cup almonds or cashews, other nuts Meal 4-60 grams whey isolate, 1 tablespoon, Natural Peanut Butter Meal... Breakfast-1 egg, 1 cup egg whites, ¼ cup oatmeal + 1/8 cup oatmeal (3 oz total) w/sugar free syrup to taste
Pre workout-4 oz chicken or 1 scoop protein, 1/4 cup rice, sweet potato, potatoes, oats, wild rice, pasta, brown rice, or beans, or banana, or orange
Post workout-(1 scoop whey isolate, 1 scoop vitargo or waxy maize sugars)
Lunch-6 oz chicken, pork, or fish, small salad w/olive oil & apple cider vinega

Posted in Other : Feb 11, 2012 2:11pmOk, so in regards to what I'm doing to get the results I'm getting, its an old program I've used in the past to bring myself into my best shape in 60 days or so..today I'll just address the eating part of the equation of what I'm doing..all pieces of the puzzle matter, though without the proper nutrition you could be doing great with your workouts, though never see your results as the bodyfat is still hanging around...who will want to continue with anything if they aren't seeing results, right..
