My uncle was a bodybuilding fan, and asked me to get him some magazines as it was hard to get them in his country. I had all these mags laying around, saw Shawn Ray and there you go.
Why I Love It:
I love it cause it's just me. Just me and the iron, just me and the food, just me and the pain.
How I Stay Motivated:
I see what I want, or see what I fear I might become. The latter is sometimes more motivating.
BB Accomplishments:
It's up and down. I'm only as good as my last rep. My accomplishment is that I've gotten to the point where other people will tell me they'd like to look like me, and that I have a career helping them.

Just trying to see exactly how good I can be with what God's given me.
Goal (Long):
ORIGINAL GOAL: I want to get back to my 405 dead, 455 squat at under 185lbs. Multiple ankle injuries killed this a couple years back, and also knee pain. I want to boast a 300lb incline. I would ultimately love to be right around 200lbs in single digit bf% all year long and not pass a 30" waist. I know it will take a few years, but it's worth waiting for.
NEW GOAL: Build my body to compete in full contact fighting.
Try some articles at combatgrapeler.com(The spelling is probibly off) if you like Pavels stuff. Zack Evinish takes it in a simmilar direction.I work kempo my self, 3rd dan. Keep up the work.
That's the way to make 'em work my friend, have 'em push a wheel barrow full of bricks to get them in shape. Old school training but hey it worked for Rocky.

I had to take this month of for bjj/mma.
It is too hard on the central nervous system which can hinder progress/fat loss for my comp. Not to mention it is very difficult with limited calories and carbs haha
I got to bed a little before 11 but woke up around 3... couldn't go back to sleep and missed my morning workout. I'll try to hit the gym during lunch. Have a good one.
I very much like the Oxygen Magazine...It shows what hard work and dedication can do for you and shows fit, strong women...not skinny models!
I need to get some newer pics up soon lol...maybe during my upcoming vacation ;)
