How I Started:
My uncle was a bodybuilding fan, and asked me to get him some magazines as it was hard to get them in his country. I had all these mags laying around, saw Shawn Ray and there you go.
Why I Love It:
I love it cause it's just me. Just me and the iron, just me and the food, just me and the pain.
How I Stay Motivated:
I see what I want, or see what I fear I might become. The latter is sometimes more motivating. Now it's a means to an end...I have two bulging disks in my neck and lumbar region, thus preventing me from training MMA, and ultimately keeping me from competing.
BB Accomplishments:
It's up and down. I'm only as good as my last rep. My accomplishment is that I've gotten to the point where other people will tell me they'd like to look like me, and that I have a career helping them.

A. Getting ready to go back to training stand up. Working technique, endurance and footwork.

B. Doing more stability ball exercises. Noticed my core has weakened a bit, was unsteady doing dumbbell presses on the ball.

Reason: Gotta love the taste...hahah...liquid aminos. Less pills to take. Protein ready to go.
