How I Started:
I got a treadmill for xmas and knew I wanted to tone up for the summer and the next softball season. I saw an infomercial for P90X (Beach Body) and ordered it; fell in love! I also ordered Turbo Jam and fell in love with that. I got certified as a TK instructor in March 2008 and can't wait to start teaching. :)
2009 - Will be even better! :)

I feel great and have so much more energy ... :)
How I Stay Motivated:
By seeing the progress of others, knowing I can achieve it too, watching myself lose inches, My clothes not fitting anymore!
BB Accomplishments:
Getting Turbo Kick Certified, Losing 31 lbs to date! ;) Finishing my first 5K

What is your favorite cardiovascular exercise? Why?
I love running and Turbo Kick! I do TK 3 times a week and also try to run 4 times a week if possible. I try to schedule, once the weather is warmer, 2 5K's a month. Do you monitor your heart rate while doing cardio?
So my husband and I are totally in the zone. We have been pushing it hard since right before the New Year. This is my second round of P90X and my husbands first. Our eats have been great and we have been packing in the cardio classes and weights. We are both hoping to have awesome results...
