hey man .. Great honesty .. when you say you don't love per se but that you hated being fat more ... you do what works and looks like you have a very good core keep it up
hey dawg, shit this is going to sound stupid but I don't actually do much for abs, just situps and hanging leg raises, and I rarly do those. It's more of a diet thing I think. But for chest I usually just use dumbells for everything, be sure to do incline, flat and declince dumbell bench presses. My reps are high 10-12 and 4 sets of each. That way you get some good straition through the chest, that means lots of ripples an lines! lol hey no worries randomness is what I'm all about
hey, since i started it, five weeks ago, i have gained 11 pounds of muscle. which is really good for me. i got the base routine from animalpak.com but i had to change it up to suit myself. i chose thursday and friday off b/c i have a weak back and wednesday takes alot out of me.
