Grew up playing sports (soccer, football, basketball, snow skiing and eventually bull riding and white water rafting) and lived with a competitive bodybuilder (bodyspace's Reppin Ryan) in college who got me a bit more into the gym. As well as in 05 I was certified by NASM

Jed recently completed a transformation at one of the toughest times of years to do so. At a time of BBQ's and get together, company softball games and other gatherings that induce poor eating and heavy drinking, Jed stayed true to himself knowing the only person he would be hurting by cheating is himself. He has the heart and perseverance to reach any goal he sets his mind to.
Ryan is a freak. Ever since I met him long ago in the 1st grade. I have never seen anybody be able to cut the weight like he can. He definitely has the heart and dedication to push himself as well as the patience and guidance to help others. Solid guy!
Mike, I'm the manager of multimedia production/production designer.
I understand you have an opening.
I'd be happy to send my resume for your review.

I was with Chris B. and we won a couple games until we played Tuck. We only lost by a couple points then Tuck and Book played....Booker won it again. You guys over there need to get in on the next tourney we have!
Thanks! I'm hoping to get down to ~180 by time this is all over, will see how things work. P90X is awesome. I'm not doing the diet by the book, but I am watching what I eat. The workouts are good, they are well structured and Tony Horton does a good job of pushing you. If you have a DVD player and a place to do the workout, I'd definitely recommend it. There's a lot of cardio, which I need to go along with the wgt training and stretching.
Hey man! I am in the process of entering my workout stats so you can see what awe inspiring gains I am making with the P90X workout! I have already seen some awesome gains to my pull-ups and endurance. After I finish I will see what's happened with my bench (pre-P90X max ~225lbs).
I've lost ~5lbs so far but, I am looking leaner and am getting stronger, week1 I could barely do a lot of the excercises, now in Week 3 I have increased my body wgt reps as well as adding wgt to my dumbbells. Next week I'll take some pics, maybe I'll post them to show how phase 1 went.
