I have always loved the sport. I think its one of the only sport that you are the judge. In this sport you judge your self everyday and have to be dedicated to yourself and the Iron Gods. I also find the gym to be my personal time where I go and relax and have "me" time. Whether its heavy lifting or max reps its still fun to me. Oh except for that darn cardio, its never fun.
How I Stay Motivated:
After breaking my back in 2003, while in the army I had no choice but to get better. They said I was broken and might end up in a wheelchair. So I got over it and have worked my way back into shape.
BB Accomplishments:
none yet but I want to compete just once, just to say that I did it. I think that 40 will be the best year. Got to like that mature muscle. Or maybe earlier.

207 and relaxed, 5-7lbs more before I change my workout.
ACL Surgery sucks. I am black and blue top to bottom on my leg. Physio and positive thinking all the way.
Goal (Long):
Long term??? I would say, to stay fit and keep making solid gains. I hope that at age 40 to compete for the first time all natural.I think that will be my finest hour.
:D thanks. Everything is going well. I still feel like I can be doing more though. Like changing my diet or my workouts. I don't know how to explain, but I feel like I'm not doing it the way it should be. I'm a hopeless perfectionist... sigh
Eating healthy isn't cheap. Nor eating 5-6 meals a day. Currently I'm puting a diet together. I'll post it when I'm ready. For protein I use a lot of deli turkey and shakes.
Well I tried the 2 scoops. I drink 1 before my workout and the 2nd one during. It works! My goals... I really want to lose bf% and 10 lbs. I just found a diet. A high protein, low carb, low fat one. We'll see if it works. I hope it does, because it's getting expensive.
LOL. Maybe that's the problem. I only use 1 scoop. I'll try 2-3 scoops today. I just ordered 2 tubs syntha-6 yesterday... vanilla flavor. I love eating protein pancakes with sugar free strawberry jelly. Yummm! How is training going?
