How I Started: A friend showed me the benefits and rewards of working out.
Why I Love It: I love working out because it gives me time to unwind from the day or it helps kick start it!!!
How I Stay Motivated: I stay motivated because I have made good friends at the gym, and they help inspire me, and my Girl Friend loves when I am in great shape!!!!!
