I have been an athlete for most of my life. I played football, basketball, and ran track. From being an athlete, I continued to workout and train hard.
Why I Love It:
Working out is a passion for me. I enjoy feeling healthy and looking good, which are great benefits to training. I also enjoy the feelings of accomplishment. I am a goal oriented person, therefore achieving new fitness goals and taking my body through incremental changes is awesome. I am now stepping into the arena of bodybuilding. Because of my passion I am driven to new goals expectations.
How I Stay Motivated:
I stay motivated by constantly having new goals and continuing to challenge myself. I have a thirst for being the best at what I am doing (very competitive).

Placed 2nd in first competition, NGA
