Bring it hard ... EVERYDAY
When I walk into the gym, my mind is not on the length of the workout but what I will achieve from the work out. I know when I've given 100%. I don't think about tomorrow or next week or next month. I think about THAT MOMENT, THAT TIME - and give it all I've got.

Looking for a KNOWN diet that works
Diet, I think, is the main reason I have never achieved the results I want out of my exercise and nutrition regiment. What I want is lean BUT muscular. I wonder what would be a KEY element in changing to a more winning way of eating.
1) SHOULD I eat at certain times and intervals? Currently, I don't. I eat when I get up and when I feel hungry. I do NOT overeat by any stretch of the imagination. In fact, other fitness people have told me I'm not eating enough calories. But if I'm not eating ENOUGH calories, shouldn't I be losing weight???
2) Should I stop eating fruit? Or certain veggies? They are both carbs, so do they fall under they carbs to limit or stay away from?
3) Should I not eat ANY fruit or food with carbs after a certain hour? I very often feel hungry or want a "nosh" at 9/10 or even 11 pm. I try to have a protein (an egg or some chicken) but sometimes I want some carbs. I've always felt better with carbs in me. Ocassionally (even tho I don't really love it) I'll have a half bowl (or even less) of some steel-cut non-processed oatmeal.
4) Should drinking water be more of a priority? I struggle to drink water. Much like eating "clean," I find it - well - boring. I do ocassionally add some Mio to it, but I start thinking that is defeating the purpose, that is should be pure water. Either way, its a struggle.

MaxFitTrainer created a new BodyBlog entry "Female review: Erase Pro (Final review) Day 30".
I'm actually about a day shy of a full thirty days on Erase Pro. But I don't think one more day is going to make a difference. My overall assessment? NEXT! I don't see that Erase Pro did anything - at least for me. I did notice any gains in my physique or energy or leaning out. Nothing. Same today as 30 days ago - and I had really been hopeful. :(
MaxFitTrainer created a new BodyBlog entry "Erase PRO: Female Review - Day 18 (Plus Badass "Ignite")".
Just a quick note to say that my test levels must have raised a little bit. I'm getting acne on my chin! UGH!!!!!!!!!!!!! I'm *not* acne prone. Why can't it be muscles rather than acne?
MaxFitTrainer created a new BodyBlog entry "Badass "Ignite" test booster: Day 3".
Suddenly, its as though I can't get enough test boosters lol. I'm on a new supplement high, I guess. Always wanted to check them out but never did. Now I can't be stopped! Haha. I neglected to mention in my review of EP that I had started feeling hungrier about a week after starting Erase Pro. Then Sunday (and part of Monday) it was a bit overwhelming BUT I had just added Ignite (and like some seasoned pro, I popped TWO of the Ignite - after having taken the EP that morning). Since that... MaxFitTrainer created a new BodyBlog entry "Erase PRO: Female Review - Day 16".
Just jotting down my thoughts about EP. I'd love to say I have something to add after 2+ weeks but all is the same. I don't feel "dried out" nor "leaner". I don't notice any extra trips to the bathroom (with the claimed diuretic properties of this product). I DO have some pain in my right elbow. That started before the EP. I've read that people have felt their joint issues were intensified on this product. I can't say if the pain I feel in my elbow is any more elevated than... Go to BodyBlog
MaxFitTrainer created a new BodyBlog entry "Day 5: Erase Pro".
I'm actually just posting this to say that I've noticed nothing so far, which I guess is good and bad? From all the back and forth I got about this product, and having read various (all male, except one) reviews I was expecting .... more, I guess. I don't feel any of the hardening of my muscles or that I'm "drying" out. No extra trips to the ladies room lol. And I absolutely have NOT developed an Adam's apple (haha). While my joints are achy, they've been achy for 2 months now so I... Go to BodyBlog
