I used to be into bodybuilding back in high school, after high school I got into partying and binge drinking. My weight shot through the roof. I no longer had any motivation to work out. In nov. 08 I jumped on the scale and weighed 280 lbs. At that point I knew I had to make a change, so I started dieting and doing moderate cardio. By May of 2009 I was down to 210 lbs. At this point I started weight lifting and got my diet in check, im now down to 200 lbs. My goal is to get down to 9% bodyfat and carry a good amount of muscle
