How I Started:
I used to be into bodybuilding back in high school, after high school I got into partying and binge drinking. My weight shot through the roof. I no longer had any motivation to work out. In nov. 08 I jumped on the scale and weighed 280 lbs. At that point I knew I had to make a change, so I started dieting and doing moderate cardio. By May of 2009 I was down to 210 lbs. At this point I started weight lifting and got my diet in check, im now down to 200 lbs. My goal is to get down to 9% bodyfat and carry a good amount of muscle

In case you don't know. On the right of your page, you should see tabs. One says friends. Click there and you will see who adds you and if you want to accept, then click add to friends.
