I worked out some while I was in the Navy because we were required to! I have been retired now for 10 months and since that time, I have gain weight and lost the energy I had. So now I want to get that back and more!!
Why I Love It:
I do it for the energy I get and I feel better about myself. I never did much weight training, just enough to stay toned but now I want to start showing some size. In my new line of work I need to be stronger so I am looking forward to lifting weights and getting bigger.
How I Stay Motivated:
My daughter!! I don't want her growing up without a father like I did. I want to stay healthy and be able to meet my grand children some day!
BB Accomplishments:
None yet, but I will be working on it!
