What type of nutrition plan are you currently following? Give full details.
I'm currently trying to eliminate any extra sugar and excessive starches. I've found taking protein with every meal helps me eat less and I'm not as hungry in between meals. I've also tried to eliminate everything but water after 7pm. I've read that yoga can be very good for you. I'm trying to loose bodyfat, while increasing strength and endurance. I have an opportunity to take yoga three days a week and was hoping to get additional oppinions on this. Any input?
