LOL yea the 7 day cleanse or whatever is not for me. I guess it works for some, but your right, the weight usually comes right back because ppl dont maintain. I love to eat and make sure that I eat every few hrs. Your body needs to food to make gains and losses. alot of ppl get confused and think if they DONT eat they lose, not true. same goes with water, u have to drink water in order to expel it. whens the big day?

It is difficult to get into the habit of clean eating and dieting but it's all worth it, start w/ a cheat day and after you've mastered that cut it back to cheating just one meal each week. :)

I'm glad u mentioned nutrition b/c I firmly believe that eating is 80% of achieving a wonderful body. I do allow myself a cheat meal...I eat at least 6 small meals a day and exercise 6 of the 7 days. If and when I do cheat I do it all in moderation. Have a cheat but don't over indulge...hoipe this answers ur ques. congrats on ur upcoming marriage, u will make a beautiful bride =)
