I was very fat, and embarrassed of my body. I'm an all or nothing guy when it comes to diet and I had to make a change or I would have weighed over 400lbs.
Why I Love It:
When I'm into it I feel great.
How I Stay Motivated:
When I look at past pictures of myself when I weighed about 325lbs.
BB Accomplishments:
I have never competed, but my transformation is something I am very proud of, and the diet I developed is IMO the best plan out there and will work for losing fat and still gaining strength. I am proof of that.

Yo dude. How is the spike diet working out? Still making gains? The idea of spiking a bit on weekends is keeping me motivated during my current cut. Ah...pizza!
Hey bro I had a question about your fat loss (amazing job) but hows the skin around the mid section? Thats the one thing I am really worried about in my cut.
