What type of nutrition plan are you currently following? Give full details.
My diet consists of mostly whole foods and is low in carbs. Eggs with veggies (everymorning!) chicken, tuna, turkey, protein shakes, fish (salmon, ahi, ono) whole wheat high fiber tortillas, purple sweet potatoes (dont like yams) and maui doesnt have reg sweet potatoes, oatmeal, cottage cheese with stevia, the normal fitness foods :)My diet consists of mostly whole foods and is low in carbs. whey protein, and some fast absorbing carbs, xtend

i switch it up usually, but around 10-12 on average depending on what i'm doing
