How I Started:
I was always into health and my body. Im in nursing school currently and might continue on to med school. Im getting my personal training license within the next few months. hopefully!
Why I Love It:
Makes me feel good. I notice I do so much better when I eat well compared to when I dont. Nourishing my body with whole healthy foods, is so much better then gross junk food.
How I Stay Motivated:
From all the ppl on this site! Great work to everyone! Love feeling healthy and good about myself! working out is such a stress reliever!
little chubby. weight 119. Worked out but BAD diet, was in shape a few weeks before this but went through a stressfull time and let my self slip, A LOT!
What type of nutrition plan are you currently following? Give full details.
My diet consists of mostly whole foods and is low in carbs. Eggs with veggies (everymorning!) chicken, tuna, turkey, protein shakes, fish (salmon, ahi, ono) whole wheat high fiber tortillas, purple sweet potatoes (dont like yams) and maui doesnt have reg sweet potatoes, oatmeal, cottage cheese with stevia, the normal fitness foods :)My diet consists of mostly whole foods and is low in carbs. i switch it up usually, but around 10-12 on average depending on what i'm doing

Aloha, great pics. Where is the gym on Maui? We own a timeshare at the Marriott Ocean club and I am always looking for a better gym to train at while we are there. The whales were awesome in March.
