How I Started:
I was a big fan of bodybuilding during my teens and early twenties, and worked out pretty hard during my college years. (Although I lived on junk food.) Unfortunately, my interest waned, and I avoided the gym for almost 20 years.
Early in 2006 there was a weight loss contest at work, which I entered and took 4th place. I lost 27 pounds. The weight loss got me thinking about the gym again, and I've been hitting it hard for about 5 months now. I've gained about 10 pounds of muscle, and lost a few more pounds of flab during that time.
Why I Love It:
Every workout is a personal challenge. I love the feeling of acomplishment that follows me home from the gym.
How I Stay Motivated:
My bathroom scale is a great motivator. I love it, and I hate it!
BB Accomplishments:
Losing about 35 pounds of fat and gaining about 10 pounds of muscle in the last 9 months.

Walking my dog last year, at a hefty 230 pounds.
About 12 pounds heavier than my previous pics. Time to start cutting again.
Currently in a cutting phase. I plan to lose 6-8 more pounds. (I want to finally shed those stubborn love handles and see a little more definition in my abs.)
Goal (Long):
After my cut ends, I'll start on a serious strength and mass program. The goal will be to gain another 10 pounds of muscle before I do another cut to show off my new progress.
It must be tough having to live and workout in Hawaii so I just thought I would drop by and wish you all the best and much success in reaching your goals. Keep up the great work and try to push yourself to be the best that you can be.
I have another guestion. Ive have went from 220 to 205, My girlfriend says Ive lost to much weight. I on the Lee Labrada Lean Body diet. I was told that this program is for the average joe and not someone who has been working out for a while trying to get cut up for the summer. Its a great diet and ive lost it's just I look smaller now than before. My girlfriend says i just look like an average joe since ive lost alot of my size. Any suggestions? would be greatly appreciated! Thanks Troy
Just wondering what do you do to shed your excess during cutting up? Im wanting to lose 15 lbs by summer. I havelost 5lb but seem to stay at my current weight. Im doing a 4 day split along with 4 days of cardio around 40min, and am on a high protein low carb diet. I have one cheat day i eat whatever but pretty much am faithful to my training and diet. Any suggestions? Thanks Troy

Well the prep is going great. Almost too good. Only problem is not sleep too well. Saw the doc Fri and he's a little concerned. Put me on Lunesta. Not working that well, it's 4 AM and I'm still awake. Staying bout 215 lbs probably bout 6% BF. Ya, super lean. Legs came in Friday. Lose about 1% more BF and then dry out the last week. BTW friend, ur swolin up nice. Keep it up. Gonna be is Ahwaho Sept 24 - Oct 1. Maybe we can hop over to see ya! ed
