I was always into ball sports during school, (League, Soccer, & some track athletics) after school I began to wourkout in a gym for the first time, was mainly due to lack of other sports, now it's my #1 sport.

I draft them myself, i use bb.com workout tracker & enter them into the tracker.
I do a lot of research through Layne Norton he has some cutting edge ideas for Natural competitors.

Good night nothing more that what is left of the running calendar are short 10 km races so I'm more focus now in lifting heavy, and training more karate - Kumite to start next year with the right foot in a couple of tournaments. What about yourself? What is going on in your side of the world?
