How I Started:
Into sports during school, after year 12 started to wourkout in a gym for the first time, was mainly due to lack of other sports, now it's #1 and all i do.
Why I Love It:
* It's all about me!
* I enjoy developing my overall figure.

Mostly intrinsically, always working for the day will come when im on stage.

Good night nothing more that what is left of the running calendar are short 10 km races so I'm more focus now in lifting heavy, and training more karate - Kumite to start next year with the right foot in a couple of tournaments. What about yourself? What is going on in your side of the world?
