I love the sense of achievement when you hit a goal, or get closer to a goal.
I enjoy learning new concepts and ideas beneficial to my training.
How I Stay Motivated:
I read books and articles on training and nutrition.
I go to the gym and have friends there who I like to see.
I have achievable goals, so my morale is always high because I'm always getting close to or achieving goals.
