When I Started: Aug, 2005
How I Started: I was a senior in high school, weighed 130 lbs. at a height of 6'1". I saw a bodybuilding doc on Fit TV and was in aww, and i have been pumping iron ever since.
Why I Love It: I love having the ability to change my appearance and my physique. Staying healthy and teaching others is what i love to do.
How I Stay Motivated: I do everything that i can to make sure that i get to the gym, i dont eat out much, and i prepare all of my food, so i know exactly what i am ingesting.
BB Accomplishments: Packing on 40 Lbs of solid mass over the course of 6 months, and staying drug free.

Last Year When i was 200 Lbs relaxed 174 Lbs
This is what i would like to get back to. The strength, and size were awesome.  This was taken when i was first starting after a 3 month break. Not lean enough or big enough, i had lost 30 Lbs of muscle the past Summer, and i want to gain it back. This is a record of my 3 month journey.
