I ran so much and i started to get sickly skinny and i was just tired of hurting and looking the way i do.

I love it because its one thing that you can control and its a constant. You can always take care of yourself.

My brother motivates me. He is a body builder and i would love to become one.

Way befor i ever lifted
This was taken a LONGGGG time ago. I wieghed 110lbs....even though i dont look like it i was 4 inches shorter and like 20% body fat then. thats terrible.

I really need to trim down again and harden up after my injuries...and start my diet once again to compete oct. 2009
Goal (Long):
I want nice shaped arms,abbs,legs, and a nice back. I have always wanted to model but i dont have the most unique or pretty face to hopefully i can get my body to where i could have potential to model. I just really want to stay happy and healthy. I need to gain 5lbs of muscle in my upper body.

It's going good so far! i got a couple buddies that be slackin but that aint stoppin me! muahha my would training would be alot better if i was at nice gym but im in afghanistan right now n the gym aint lookin too good but hopefully it'll get the job done!

Everything has been great here. Trying to cut down slowly without losing too much weight. I'll be doing that for another 6 weeks and see how that goes...should be interesting haha.
