After years of being the smallest guy in the room I meet a good friend of mine who gave me the education and encouragement to follow my dreams of becoming as big as I want to be. I'm may not be the biggest yet but I'm definitely not the smallest anymore.
Why I Love It:
The dedication it takes to become the best is something a very small percentage of people have in today's fast pace world. I strive to achieve all my goals and this has to be one of the hardest achievements I have ever laid eyes on.
How I Stay Motivated:
Good friends, Good trainers, Good food, and most importantly I watch the pros.
BB Accomplishments:
I placed second in the Northern Colorado. I have gained over 55lbs in my short time as a bodybuilder.
Just recently I have had the pleasure of working on getting a new lifting strap manufactured. It's a quick release strap. Wraps around the bar faster and holds on better. It’s easier to for the beginner to use, and more efficient for the most advance bodybuilders out there. I am working on finding partners for the strap and will be working hard to start stocking them in stores around the nation.

Don't Let Anybody Steal Your Dream.
Take 1st in my division at the CYTOCHARGE Rocky Mountain Bodybuilding/Fitness/Figure Classic.
Goal (Long):
I am currently training for the Rocky Mountain this November. I will have to train harder than I have ever trained to get in the shape to win my division. With hard work and determination I believe I can achieve anything!
Every day I like to change things up a bit I can go into the gym and do fifties or maybe one hundreds or I can simply do my tens or twenties. Really just a matter of how I feel. I just wanted to stop by to congratulate you on all of your hard work and the great results you have achieved. I believe that people such as yourself who have worked hard to get their body into great shape and who many times are looked upon for advice or as a role model should be acknowledged and complimented. I hope that you have a fantastic 4th weekend and are able to stay strong, focused & determined. May God bless.
hey man. Things are going well . buying my first set of supplements today and my new CPT will be giving me a personalized exercise and diet plan to really get me going . Things are good looking forward to getting hardcore about things . keep me posted on your progress
That should be awesome for you! I train with my husband and he is always pushing me to my maxes. But it is a good thing, I would never believe I can lift as much weight as I do if it weren't for him pushing me. Keep me updated on how it works for you :)
Matthew, the progress you've made is phenomenol. You have one heck of a physique man. Your chest and arms are awesome, not to neglect the rest of your physique is fantastic. Legs look great too. Keep training hard, stay focused on your goals and you will go far. Best of Luck!
