Hey Nick,
I'm having a bit of a problem with motivation and getting to the gym. I used to go 6 days a week for 2-3 hours at a time and now I can't find much motivation to get back. I'm staying at an even 156-158 lbs but feel like I'm loosing muscle density. What could I do. Where do I get my motivation to get back into the swing of things?

you too hun. You're doing fantastic. Keep it up, you're a beautiful girl and turning yourself into an absolute bombshell. As for me, it's definately taken some will power and the ability to just say no to a lot of foods I once ate. I'm just getting real serious about it now and have bumped up my supplements to creatine, fish oil, and a multivitamin and lots of protein. Let's see where I'm at by Xmas
