Well, my nutrition program is based on what i've been eating for 17 years. I think is known as mediterranean diet.
I have three meals
- Breakfast: a cup of milk with three biscuits or one croissant
- Lunch: first course (like pasta, rice, soup...), second course (based on meat or fish with vegetables) and sometimes dessert (piece of cake...)
- Dinner first course (but smaller), second course and no dessert
