I want to gain 10 lbs of muscle. I dont eat right I am going to start cutting my calories. does anyone have any tips?
Goal (Long):
As a kid I was fat I have strech marks, I dont ever want to be fat again. I want a big chest and a huge back. I have been working out in prison for the last 3 years so that is how I got into the whole working out thing. I dont have much for wieghts but I do do alot of push ups and pull ups. I have a cable weight bench but I dont use that as much because I dont feel it as much as when I do push ups. To be honest I have a big frame ( nice and wide ) I can do pull ups fairly easily, my chest is lacking, I deffinately know I can pull more than I can push... I want to strengthen my chest up and thicken up my arms a bit. while keeping my back strong! well thats pretty much it. Right now my regimine consists of; Mon. pull-ups and arms (curls), Tues. push-ups and back arms, Wed. Legs and calfs, Thurs. pull-ups and curls, Fri. push-ups and back arms. Weekends off, I also throw in some cardio like running and burpis, I run at least 2 miles and when I do burpis I do 2-3 push-up with each burpi x 123 sets. that is all I do and if anyone sees this and finds a loop hole or has any sugestions please let me know I am open to learn new tricks.
