Matt - Just always had a fasination with strength and wanted to get stronger and compete in powerlifting.
Jessy - My fiance and did a little bit in highschool.
Why I Love It:
Matt -Helps me let go of stress.
-Lets me test myself strengthen my will power.
Jessy - I do but I dont. Like the competitions more.

What do you think about people who "grunt" loudly while working out? Do you do it?
Unnecesary most of the time. Sometimes
Do you socialize while at the gym?
What type of outfit do you usually wear when you workout? Why?
Depends on weather. I need to keep my muscles warm to prevent injury. So I wear sweats most of the time if I get hot I take them off.
