How I Started:
Have been going to the gym on and off (more off than on) now for the last 6-7 years. Have made a concerted effort this year to start going on a regular basis and doing things properly.
Why I Love It:
End results. And spending 45 minutes per day in a room with lots of fit, lycra clad women.
How I Stay Motivated:
The fit, lycra clad women see to that for me. Also, looking in the mirror and seeing the small improvements so far and the larger improvements to come. Thats motivating stuff.
BB Accomplishments:
Managing to get to the gym 4-5 times per week for the last 6 weeks. Its easier to get to the gym if youve been going for a few weeks on the trot too.

This is after about 6 months of work. The fat is leaving me slowly but surely and Im still looking for more improvement.
This is what I want to get rid of. Its a lot better than at the start of the year (about 4" better) but I still really want to lose the handles.
Have gained 10Kg or so over the last 4 months, a lot of it muscle. Will be starting a 'cut' in 2 weeks time. Goal will be 8-9% BF. Cardio city!
Goal (Long):
Ive spent the last 4 months on a 'bulk' and added 10 Kilos to the scales. Ive become a lot stronger and now its time to remove the layer of fat to see how much progress I may have made. I'm looking for this 'cut' to take around 2-3 months.
I feel as if this week Ive been back on form. Last few haven't been so great. Although Ive pushed hard, I knew I could push harder. This week, though, I decided it was time to put the weights up and do things properly. Flat db press is now at 32.5Kgs for 2x10, Arnolds at 20Kgs for 2x10, legs...
Trying to build up. So at the moment, Im working out 4-5 days, one or two bodyparts per workout and in the gym for a maximum of 30 minutes at a time. My work schedule dictated this and it seems to be working.

I had to tweak the time frame a bit for my second dose, but I've got that dialed in. I'm losing, though I'm not entirely sure what's Lipo 6 and what's the diet. Still, I'll take what I get :D
