at 5.5% IMO I'd bulk fast because it seems like you can lose weight pretty easily. so even though you may gain some fat it'll be easy to lose it yanno?

lol na man I got some unexpected expected fat gains and had to cut it a bit short. I'm like 214 right now probably 20% so I'm doing either a minicut for like 10 pounds or going all the way to 8% bf what about you?

so it might just be water retension (sp?) cause it seemed to come along with the cell massbut idk I'm cutting the muscle juice down to only 2 servings per day and i bought some protein to get the extra protein intake.but i'm expecting a big cut like in september so i'm going to do whatever I have to in order for me to be atleast 215 @ 8%.

dudeee like you wouldn't believe...my stomach right now is sticking out further than my chest and it's really irritating me and i effed up a bit with the bulk. I'm just dirty bulking and i was talking 4 muscle juice shakes a day plus food thats like 4536g carbs, 1540g protein but only 476g fat in a week and luckily i stopped that because i notice a week later how much chubbier (not really noticeable except in ab area)

i'm shooting for like 400g protein, unfortunately 650g carbs, and about 68g fat and on top of that whatever i eat in the day so i'd probably be getting about 6kcal minimum. and the gains are coming pretty well i've gained about 4 pounds in a week up to 202lbs right now. how bout you?

sorry for the late response, i moved and didn't get internet hooked up just recently so ive been on and off but it's going prettygood just starting to really get my diet in check im looking for about 4804 cals as a base just from my muscle juice and protein -- the damn muscle juice has a shitload of carbs though so that's throwing everything off.
