i just got done with my cut to 5.5% (according to calipers) and 160 pounds,now iam ab out to start bulking iam debating if i should fast bulk to 180 then cut to 170 or slow bulk to 170 what do you think?

Hey Matt, your size is wicked now so with an additional 29lbs and BF at 8% you will look sick! My gains are coming along well. I'm focusing on strength gains over the remaining 9 weeks of a 5X5 plan I'm following. Keep moving the iron and feeding the physique! -Jeff

now that iam bout as low as i want to i now want to slowly gain muscle without adding alot of fat(hopefully stay under 10%), its tough but if i feel my self gettin a lil to fat i just throw in some cardio.

ya i understand what your sayin man i think we just got to put it out of our head and hit the weights and eat or at least thats what i do when i start to worry bout it, who cares i guess, we work out for us not for somebody else to judge us lol. But ya my goals are comin along i just got down to about 160 (i feel like a skinny geek) with about 6.5% bf.
