I will be the first to honestly assess a supplement and discuss whether or not it truly is worth taking. A lot of supplements are snake oil in my opinion and I will gladly publish that information on my website and on a lot of other places on the web. SIZEON by Gaspari Nutrition is quite possibly the single best supplement that I have ever tried. In fact, it was so effective, I seriously considered the fact that it may have been spiked with real steroids. I put on about 10 pounds during the 30 day course and I felt I looked better, an I am the first to acknowledge that a lot of gains you make while on creatine may simply be water weight. But once again, I felt I looked better while using SIZEON. I really loved it and look forward to using it again!

Review: I tried Nano vapor for the second time today. My first experience with it is detailed at the link below:

I found that the second time around that I enjoyed using it just as much as I did the first time. It did exactly what it promised to do which was to deliver a great pump during my workout. It made what I think would have been an average workout into what was definitely an above average one. I am not one to intentionally lack in my diet and make up for it with a supplement but that is basically what happened today and it worked out just fine.

I can say with certainty that Nano Vapor is one of my favourite pump inducing supplements, although my favourite so far remains to be NanoX9 by MuscleTech.

I have to say that I enjoy Serious Mass by Optimum Nutrition quite thoroughly. I ordered the chocolate flavour and next time I think I will try vanilla. Serious Mass passes all of my requirements for a supplement. What I look for is nutritional content, taste, solubility/texture, and cost effectiveness. Serious Mass shakes are delicious and mix easily in a blender and although they do not mix as easily simply stirred in a glass with milk or water, they do so more easily than numerous other similar weight gain supplements which I have found.

What is particularly interesting about the ingredient breakdown for Serious Mass is that in addition to a myriad of vitamins and minerals, it actually contains creatine and glutamine! 512 calories of Serious Mass will only cost you $1 and you get these additional benefits listed above.

Delicious, nutritious, and cost effective, Optimum Mass is currently my favourite weight gain supplement, and I look forward to trying other flavours in the future.

Review: I have used various MuscleTech supplements since I began training in 2000. I have always found their whey protein supplements to be of high quality and Nitro-Tech Hardcore is no exception. I tried the chocolate flavour because it is my favourit flavour for protein powders in general. I would rate this a 9/10, but have reduced it to 7/10 only because there are other whey protein supplements on the market today which are of similar quality for a lower cost. Review: Higher Power Whey Power is my favourite protein supplement. The overall quality of the product is high, it mixes well, tastes good, and has a good nutritional breakdown. The reason why I would rate it superior to other protein products on the market is because it is also quite inexpensive. You can purchase 5 Lbs. for only $33 which is quite reasonable especially given the increased cost of whey on the market in recent times. Overall, I would rate this product a 10/10 and will definitely be using it again.

Th is is a delicious and convenient product which I would rate a 9/10 if I were to ignore price. However, for some budget conscious health enthusiasts, they will find more cost efficient supplements on the market, and so factoring in price, I would rate this product as a 7/10. I felt that it was delicious and easy to drink and contained a great nutritional breakdown. I would definitely try it again.
