Thanks Matt. theres some tips on my blog, and also in my forum log that i created, you can read exactly what i was doing up utnil my competition. What i would change is lowering my carbs, get about 200-220g a day. well that would work for me to burn fat. either that or run it lower with 'rice cakes' and go into ketosis. you choose what works best for you. its all trial and error. - Nik.
