Went from 125lbs at 6'1 to 180lbs at 6'1 in about 3 years... now down to around 170lbs after my cutting phase ... maybe even a little lower.
Why I Love It:
It's time for myself... to improve myself, push myself, and it's just fun.

Bench press, cause you can't throw the bar to your sides.
