I'd always been interested in getting big and strong and looking like a mens health cover model,for my 13th birthday I got a pair of dumbells . I didn't really know what I was doing with them, didn't make much progress but as I got more invovlved in sport and my friends physiques started to improve I started to take a great intrest in improving my physique and fittness .
Why I Love It:
I love pushing myself to the limit,getting stronger,seeing my body improve .
How I Stay Motivated:
I stay motivated by thinking what I will achieve through working out, how it will help me reach my goals .

I've spent most of the past year training Cross Country and athletics . I want to be the best athlete possible and at have a great physique at the same time . I feel that by the end of this year I should be able to be extremely proud of my body and of my running times . I would also like to get my bodyfat down to around 5% whilst gaining about 5kg in muscle, to create the perfect body .
Already with good traps and shoulders and solid arms and abs. Between those weight goals and the running YOU WILL end up with that impressive chiseled athletic physique. Best of luck with goals and keep us updated. Andre
