fit2fightAF With my work schedule, traveling, and military life: This has helped me: the meal prep day. I cook a huge meal (healthy lean meats, tons of steamed veggies and my starch). I cook and eye ball the servings:) Then I pack them away in little bowls. I am then forced to eat them cause they are already prepared. It helps save money too:) Sep 28, 2012 10:21am
