I hadnt picked up a weight until my first year of college in September of 05'. I got pretty hooked, although I did not have ANY concept of a workout plan or diet, but still made some gains since I just started out. As of now, I have gained a lot of knowledge aobut nutrition and workout routines.
Why I Love It:
Knowing that I am continually growing.
How I Stay Motivated:
Mainly by always concentrating on my weaknesses. Everybody has them.

Sup Biggen? Spring quarter is almost over bud. Training is going well for me. Rich is making it harder each time and that means more muscle growth. When you going to hit the weights with us?
Sup Big Time? I would love to lift together sometime. I am doing chest and bi's tonight, off sat, back/trap sunday, delts monday, off tues, legs on wed, chest and bi thurs, off friday. It is a 2 to 1 schedule. Hit me up.
