When I Started: Sep, 2005
How I Started: I hadnt picked up a weight until my first year of college in September of 05'. I got pretty hooked, although I did not have ANY concept of a workout plan or diet, but still made some gains since I just started out. As of now, I have gained a lot of knowledge aobut nutrition and workout routines.
Why I Love It: Knowing that I am continually growing.
How I Stay Motivated: Mainly by always concentrating on my weaknesses. Everybody has them.
