WHEN YOU FALL THAT'S JUST ANOTHER CHANCE TO GET UP
Goal (Long):
i want to be able to just take my shirt off and feel no discomfort...to be able to put any shirt on with out thinking if i makes me look fat...to more healthy having no back problems...when i get older i want to be a personal trainer and i need to be able to help my-self before i help others...most of all to honor God in a different way
ok so i'm starting to go at it hard and i'm hope to reach my goal before next year's basketball season. i'm taking L-carnitine green tea and fish oil. i am doing the push pull thing and i'm getting up and shooting and also doing some conditioning drills.

Any routine will work so long as you give your body stimulus to adapt. I n other words, change your routines frequently to keep your body guessing. I would also add at least 20 mins of cardio at the end of your workouts and keep protein/BCAA's high.
