When I Started: 2002
How I Started: well i had this friend when i was in the 8th grade who got all the girls and i really didn't know why but after a while i came to the concluion that is was cause he had muscles. so i wanted to get the girls(what boy doesn't) so my uncle had a bench and some wieghts and i really didn't know what i was doing at the time so i just did 3 sets of 10 of what ever i could do bench press, shoulder press, lunges, curls or what ever i could do. then i bought arnolds bodybuilding book and then i got into it more and more. the only thing i never really payed attention to was my diet and it affected my results. now i'm dieting and training for basketball not so much for girls anymore LOL.
Why I Love It: I usally train in the evening to relieve any stress the day bring and plus i can really get motovated through out the day.
How I Stay Motivated: from whatever gets to me
BB Accomplishments: i'm not interested in doing bodybuilding

Any routine will work so long as you give your body stimulus to adapt. I n other words, change your routines frequently to keep your body guessing. I would also add at least 20 mins of cardio at the end of your workouts and keep protein/BCAA's high.
