How I Started:
I started lifting and running when i was a freshman in highschool. We had to lift and run for sports I played football and basketball in highschool.
Why I Love It:
I love the feeling of getting bigger faster and stronger.
How I Stay Motivated:
my motivation right now is to start. i played on special teams last season and that isnt good enough. the kid who started last year is an over rated player and if gain about 15 pounds come two a days the position is mine.some new updates i tore my pectoralis major from the bone and just had surgery. this was the 105th reported case of this type of injury since 1820.
BB Accomplishments:
New update: I dropped my forty time from 4.75 to 4.63 and my pro agility from a 4.49 to a 4.28
I play division three college football. I go to the College of Wooster. I'm a linebacker and a little undersized my main goal is gain about 20 lbs. As of right now I am second string and if i gain some weight i will contend for the starting position.

What bicep workout has worked best for you?
I do three separate lifts (our football lifting program is a joke this is what i do over the summer when the coaches are not around)
Barbell curl- 3 sets 10 reps and 2 sets 5 reps of half curs.
Dumbell Hammer Curl- 3 sets 8 reps
