How I Started:
I joined a gym with a friend to get in shape really, on and off til about last year (oct 2005) After attending my first bodybuilding show last Sept, I was hooked! Been intoit ever since and I have been learning alot through other body builders. I'm a personal trainer, and love learning new techniques and others opinions.
Why I Love It:
I love the feeling I have after a hard workout, the pump, watching my body tranform, especially throughout the contest diet!
How I Stay Motivated:
I think of the next contest I may do and how much more I want to improve from the last one.
BB Accomplishments:
I have only done one show (so far!), but I completely transformed my body from jan-sept. Also in the show I was in I won one of the "best of" awards. Got it for best presentation and posing. What a great feeling!
