How I Started:
Back when i was younger about 15 and I was 5'2" I weighed about 235 and was fat. I got sick of looking at myself in the mirror and decided to do something about it. In 9 months I was down to 161 and looked completely different. I felt like a completely different person. Gained a lot more muscle and lost a lot of fat. I didn't eat right/dieting wrong and made myself hypoglysemic. fair warning to those that starve themselves and workout to get skinny. IT'S BAD FOR YOU AND DANGEROUS.....
I researched alot I'm doing it the right way this time......
Why I Love It:
Releives stress, Makes me feel/look good. Good For Total Body Health.
How I Stay Motivated:
I Don't Know, I'm just coming back to a full regimen/program after 8 years. I dropped the weight I needed to lose changed my body how I wanted then got lazy, but only did enough to maintain it for about 8 years now I'm soft around the edges about 180 and feel determined to devote myself to making the change for better looks and an overall better life.
BB Accomplishments:
Went From a fat 235 lbs a lean and toned 161. Maintained for almost 8 years. Now I created a 2 month cycle program. 1st month size building and 2nd month tone and endurance. Both months have intense cardio and nutritional planning.

Goal (Long):
Working on a law enforcement career With future plans of being on a SWAT team or SRT team. The need To Be in shape,strong,healthy, and intimidating is a plus. Always is nice to look flawless as well.
