I had been doing martial arts since i was young, but sadly due to movign around more time that the years of my age up to 22 i was never able to get far. then sadly had my work accident and ever sicne then i have been doing about 5 mins each week on MMA style as my interest is much higher , but it was a good 3 years ago that ig ot the family into eating salds and healthier foods, and then nearly 2 years ago i took the move to stop eating choclate bars which for me was a massive step. And now i dont eat them, i dont eat crisps, fizzy drinks, havent touched m.cd's for 10 years. I started to become more aware of my health when i was havingissues with my teeth, but then my weight back an issue after i went over 18 stone.
Why I Love It:
Well due to my health and the fact i live ina village which is a few miles from a gym, im dont have the privelage to have help with machines and i only get around an hour combined of energy to do any work out. although i do like a nice weight training.
How I Stay Motivated:
easy, a quick look in the mirror is enough , oh and the nasty numbers on the scales is also a killer.

but anywas, shes a person that has come from being fat or overweight to an athelete with plenty of great attitude towards life and a great sense of humour.
