Well i started when i was 16 when i got a free year membership from my ex football coach for the off season..
Why I Love It:
Too me its not all about the results its about how you feel after. After a good workout i tend to feel better about myself everytime i finish working out.
How I Stay Motivated:
I stay motivated because of football and seeing results.Theres always goals i have to reach like being bigger or getting cutter etc...

Hey so are you saying you got cut fat and/ or muscle?? And are you wanting to put back on muscle?? If so then just lift like a bodybuilder ie. 12-10 reps a set 3 sets per excercise and consume a lot of protein. How is everything for you by the way?? Take care and Jah bless -Kdeazy

Naw man you will look bigger if you drop a little fat. Uh well I would suggest upping your protein intake and water intake. Then implement jumprope and agility into your training regiment and you will cut the fat and maintain your muscle mass and most likely even bulk at the same time.
