Well I always whented to Worckout at the Gym as fare as I know , I just din't go because I know it would stop me from growing but when i was 15 I deside that it was the time to have fun .

Hey I’m back , Just finish my major in buisnes administration worcking full time and ****, I’m fulltimebodybuiolding too now lol so where I started so I’m 165 and still 100% Quebecer (french canadien) lol .
Hey there, I made an ab blog a while back if you're interested. I only train them once a week too. Abs do plenty of work front squatting, doing heavy rows and all that stuff. Still pays to hit them with some direct work but not 5 days a week or any of that nonsense.
Thanks a lot, I appreciate the kind words. It's all consistency and dedication inside and outside of the gym. A lot has to do with a clean diet consisting of high protein, moderate carbs, and low fat. I tend to stay away from bad foods since diet is more than half the work.
