I have played soccer, basketball, and am currently taking karate which got me fit, but my dad is my influence for building and toning.
Why I Love It:
I love the feeling you get after you've worked hard. I love seeing results and feeling good about myself.
How I Stay Motivated:
Longevity...I just think of the long run and I think of how great it would be to be in awesome shape. I also think of my goals of future occupations.

Great, i am glad to know this! i had a hard workout today, got some cardio in running throughout one of the buildings in my school up and down a bunch of stairs, how have your workouts been? Thankyou for the picture comments btw =D

Really good, although i slacked off today because i had to work early, then go to a wedding and then clean up after, and my little sister had this dance recitle and a bunch of stuff so i ate stuff i shouldn't have and didn't get to workout, which dissapoints me, maybe i can get some curls or something in before bed. How have your workouts been lately?
