I started working out with my friend at the gym this summer, and ever since that day, the Gym has been my Drug.
Why I Love It:
Theres no better feeling in the world then having a really good workout. Takes all the stress, and everything off your mind. When I'm working out, nothing gets in my way.. it's just me vs the weights

Knowing that theres someone out there alway working harder than me

Mike its all about dedication, consistency and love of the game. You make time for it wherever you are. No excuses. Calis can be done anywhere. So it has to be you. It is a mind game though, so you have to train the brain. It works for me, thats why I can train solo or with someone. Anyway, get back to it brutha. Hey you are still a kid, so you already got it going on. Hope your weekend goes well.
Too bad soooo sad that you have to leave that totally awesome weather for 30 degrees...lol. That how life goes brother. But, it will warm up soon, since Spring is here...we hope. I been doing good. March made 1 yr of consistent training. Leg pressed 1000 lbs. Still hitting the mornings. Its paying off cause results are really showing.
Snow is snow, im from Brooklyn, remember? Its all good. Im doing well. Still at it. Missed Monday due to the snow, but I 1 1/2 my workout and do the other tomorrow. Chest and bis. ha hey man, i dont have facebook, i get that asked all the time and im the ONLY person in this town that doesnt have it it seems. I use to have a myspace but deleted it cause too much drama and so im assuming it would be the same way with facebook. how has your lifting been going?
I started a new routine on Monday. Im seeing if it will jack me up swole. Its almost a year and Im not looking like I should after a year. So im throwin a little extra in the pot. We will see.
Nah. I haven't taken Size-on for the past two or three months. However, I'm still settin' PRs and making gains. You should try this stuff called MASSFX. If you want more strength, which in turn will give you more size and definition, I recommend you give this stuff a try. I hope your doing alright, man.
My workout was good yesterday. Didnt get to train with the bb member. But AI did arns on Tuesday night. Legs abd calis on Weds and today I did chest and back again. So im on a roll, but working solo. Its all good. Enjoy your whey protein.
Actually, he lives in the town I work in. We are in the same gym club. So I can train in all the sites. Hopefully it will go well. Its only a one or two time thing. Our schedules are off. He trains at night, I train in the morning. So we will not team up.
No some of us just get to lazy to login to bb cause they busy doing other things, like not working out. Yes I got some heat, but my training sucked for another week. This week im doing better. I suppose to hook up and train with a bb space friend today. That will probably be awesome or intimidating. I will let you know either way. Later slacker..lol.
Me either for 2 weeks, since the no heat thing in the house, and the frigid temps/ Got heat now since Friday. But my bones were so cold in the mornings it affected my workouts. Im sort of in a slump and lost some motivation. Today was chest day, my partner hasnt showed up for a week and today was not that great. So let see how the rest of the week goes for me.
If it aint the NY Giants or the Carloina Panthers, I dont care who wins. But as you are closer to Pittsburgh, I assume you are going for them. It ont matter to me. But now when March Madness starts, you know its got to be Carolina someone...lol.
Cold in NC. It got down to -2. That when my gas pac burned up, so we been without heat for 1 1/2 weeks. We have a small heat source but not for the whole house, esp at night. So my cold bones affects my workout. I have to run for 10 minutes just to do calis. It sucks but hey some peps never get heat. Thats life. I know its been colder up there so I wont complain. You laziness cause me stress. Dont do that anymore. Glad the training is helping. Keep up the good work. Lata
