Hey man! Thanks for the add! Where do you train? I train over at SC Barbell in NE area. What contest are you doing? I want to do the Palmetto Cup so that I can recover and start training for strongman again. I want to compete in the NAS Masters Nationals next fall. What is your diet like?

Thanks, man. But I really, really need help with my diet. I don't eat enough. Everyone tells me to eat big, but I don't know how to "eat big" without getting fat. And I am one of those guys that when I get busy at work I lose my appetite. I would really like to be as big as you.

SM competitions are a lot about athleticism. Not just pure power. You have to be strong, but you also have to move with the weight.

What do the machines help with? I hate training with machines, but my goal is functional strength. What do you like machines for?

405 for ten slow reps is pretty strong dude! I get 315 for 10 and 405 for only about 4-5. Actually, I have stopped training my bench while I focus on the nats so probably not that many at 405. You have a huge chest and crazy shoulders!

Well, all I know is that if I looked like you at your size I would walk around without a shirt all of the time. What do you bench? It has to be huge.
