What is the most common reason that somebody gets injured while lifting?
Improper form or excessive weight training without letting muscles recover.

Yes
Which supplements do you take? When do you take them?
I gain some resistance to any energy supplement I take so I move on frequently. NO-Explode is great; but a caffiene pill will suffice as well.
