How I Started: I've always had a skinny guy complex that I've been meaning to fix. But it wasn't until late 2006 that I've made serious efforts to gain mass.
Why I Love It: I love the transformation/results that comes from hard work and dedication.
How I Stay Motivated: I stay motivated by being competitive.(which doesnt necessarily involve another person(s) )Jealousy is really what it is when it comes down to it.
I also get a good pump when I'm listening to my iPod, It keeps me focussed

This is where it all started...skin and bones hehe i was tired of it so i started to do something about it  still 120lbs but i look and feel much bigger. the weight thing isnt gonna stop me though, i'll keeping pumping it out 'till i get where i need to be

What is the most common reason that somebody gets injured while lifting?
Improper form or excessive weight training without letting muscles recover.

Yes
Which supplements do you take? When do you take them?
I gain some resistance to any energy supplement I take so I move on frequently. NO-Explode is great; but a caffiene pill will suffice as well.
