I currently weigh 175 and am 5'10". Now that I am getting into the swing of Personal Training, I am ready to transform my life along with all of my clients. I am going to fill out a size Large shirt. I would like to bench 300lbs. and squat 500.
What mistakes did you make when you first started working out?
I was too concerned about what others thought of me and I didn't focus on my form or balancing my workouts. Needless to say, I was injured quite a bit.

What is the one tip you would give somebody who is just getting started?
Don't worry about what others look like or what they can do. Everyone has to start out where you are. Don't be afraid to ask questions and research. Stay motivated and do it for you!
I really am a hard gainer. I have heard many people say there is no such thing as a hard gainer, as long as your adjust your diet and workout, any goal is attainable. This may be true for the majority of cases, however I find myself to be unique.
Training is going well, hitting it up hard again starting today too. I was on a ministry trip to Guatemala so was out of the gym for a bit...yeah Im a youth pastor. I love it man! Hows the campus minister thing going? That is great btw!
you have two things going for you, 1 you are young 2. you are a male and have two huevos producing testosterone! haha that helps burn fat up much better than stupid estrogen which stores fat and then being old on top of it! but I am more determined than ever to get down to where i want to be! shouldnt you be in bed? haha
What's wrong with the backside photo? Which one do you prefer? ;)
I'm doing well. Few aches and pains with the running but the joints do take a pounding. How about you? What's new?
