Monday: Chest and Bi's
Tuesday: Cardio and Abs
Wednesday: Back and Calves
Thursday: Cardio and Abs
Friday: Rest
Saturday: Shoulders and Tri's
Sunday: Quads, Cardio, Abs
Workouts rotate depending on the way I feel! I try and keep a balance and make sure I get enough rest in between workouts. I also add a nice 20-30 min walk and 20 mins of Stretching every morning to keep loose. |
